I have tried to consider both alternatives but see the benefit to NYC tenants of repealing Urstadt as outweighing those of GCE for upstate. Most people I know upstate finance a used singlewide or rent short term. I can see this not being the case in Syracuse or Buffalo
What exactly do you think the benefits are? Cutting conservative ppl out of your electorate? Leaving those left behind to fend for themselves? Just bc your friends rent country homes upstate doesn’t mean you can leave working ppl across the vast rest of the state to the wolves
