I mean…I agree with you! It’s right there in the constitution! And doesn’t that prove my point abt Erik’s tweet? Landlords and property owners aren’t exactly the underdogs: they have the v strong rights under the current law - it’s quite clear.
We are trying to shift that - give tenants more rights - that’s the terrain of the fight. I assume we disagree there! But it’s just weird to pretend LLs don’t have the institutional power rn - you said it yourself - they basically do
