It's right there in the Constitution right? The founders wanted private property rights so they put it in the Constitution. "You can't take other people's stuff" is a founding principle.
I mean…I agree with you! It’s right there in the constitution! And doesn’t that prove my point abt Erik’s tweet? Landlords and property owners aren’t exactly the underdogs: they have the v strong rights under the current law - it’s quite clear.
