8-15% increase property taxes. 10-20% insurance , utilities this year appx 35-40%. That’s moderate? Ask your employers to go after the real culprits. They won’t because they can’t. Instead they go after small owners. And I don’t recall ever using profanity on a tweet.

1) who do you think my "employers" are? what? 2) GCE is a defense a tenant can raise in court if they fall behind on a non-pay. open your books, see what the judge has to say. only reason you don't want to is bc you know how much $$ ur making
