There are way more traditional tenant activists that are anti-development than there are YIMBYs who are anti-rent regulation yet some people on twitter dot com would have you believe the opposite for reasons that elude me.

I wish the landlord lobby were more proactive in coming up w/ alternative proposed solutions for legit concerns expressed by the tenant movement instead of just raging against and demagoguing whatever the tenant movement proposes as remedies but we can't always get what we want.
