No response?Because let me do the math:1.4x1.5=2.1 which means that in 2021 the landlord could only raise rent by 3% and that makes it the ceiling! Now for 2022 that is actually higher than 3 BUT you can’t predict what future COI will be therefore your statement is incorrect
Yo…the bill says 3% or 150% of CPI, whichever is higher and that that a *suggested guideline for judges in eviction court* and by no means binding. Chill out
