Bright - this is an *extremely* troubling thing to suggest when you take even a surface level look at how communities have leveraged zoning to exert local preferences on who is allowed to live where.
ok this is a useful distinction! what i am arguing is that I do not agree with you that the proposal that you and bright are laying out does that. in fact i strongly believe that it (unintentionally) does the opposite - that it will cement real estate control over our city.
