How are you not ignoring folks? The outcry from NYC tenants is luxury development has been pushing longtime residents out of their homes. NYCHA tenants are crying out, "Keep public housing public!" Every on-the-ground tenant activist I know knows this stuff in their bones.

I understand it from the yimbys on here. They've never talked to a real life human. But I know this is your day job. I know you're in constant communication with tenants and tenant leaders. How? How do you ignore people's voices like this?
