I meant people don’t trust the deblasio admin to lead rezonings and they don’t trust the word affordable when they hear it. That’s an objective fact that’s true at the armory and true at 960 Franklin. Not sure what point you’re trying to make!

But to answer a question you didn’t ask, YES, I think these sites are fundamentally quite different. Armory (was) city owned land and you have a lot more you can do. 960 Franklin is privately owned and a lot can be built as of right. So the fight is different.
