Omg, Cea. That’s basically all we talk about. 
But that’s like …. You! CLTs have entered the main stream which is good but it’s also very easy for the model to be manipulated! I’m not sure everyone who is willing to develop one agrees…1/2
Also I think “keep our public land public, put it on a CLT” is kind of misleading. but I very very very much know how much you know now blurred the line is btwn public and private institutions in the US I read (some of) your book.
