chacos (which although looks like a brick, is supposedly super light) or birkenstocks, especially because the birkenstocks for men have the back strap, so they won't come off while biking

one of the hardest lessons ive ever had to learn is that birkenstocks are not actually durable…think this is because Europeans consider them a house shoe

yeah I wear mine as house shoes or will bring them to the beach to change into for walking around on the sand after biking in tennis shoes, but I'm starting to think maybe it would be better if I had a SINGLE sandal for all purposes
