I don’t think I love RCV, but I bet that number is actually lower than the share of NYers who vote in a primary but wouldn’t go vote in a runoff that was scheduled for a different day

Curious to know though! I think Thompson conceded before the mayoral runoff and there was a runoff for public advocate but high stakes/top of the ticket enough for count.
