New legislation idea: if you’re a landlord and you’re caught denying someone housing based on their source of income more than once, your property will be seized.

For sure. I also don't know details of how municipalized housing (eg city owned and operated) or social housing funds/pipelines that have been put out there would interact with federal restrictions. I think a 10 year strategy around all these forms of housing is would be great.
