However absurd & embarrassing the answer he gave, & whatever the reasons, fairly sure that the notion Shaun Donovan has no idea about real estate prices in Brooklyn is also quite absurd.

Ok this is interesting! He is def the candidate of a lot of the “affordable housing” community (NYSFAH etc) (but maybe not Phipps lmao), but not the tenant community....and he certainly knows more abt the challenges than anyone, but is also complicit in the results....
