I don't think that Stringer voters will go to Dianne or Maya. I think a small slice of his progressive Twitter base will go to Dianne/Maya. Some portion of his base will go to Adams and another good deal will simply stay with Scott (which...is anyone "with" anyone under RCV? IDK)
If everyone stays in, which they will, I think it's pretty likely that even given the news Stringer will stay in past Maya and Dianne in RCV. So its more like...are THEIR supporters still ranking HIM post this news? And if not, who are they ranking?
