Not for nothing but the BdB rent guidelines board (in the face of an organized tenant movement) raised rents between 0% and 2% every year. Under Bloomberg we saw 6%, 7%, etc...Yang, Adams would be similar I imagine. Are mayoral candidates even talking about this?

I've heard some murmurs from legal types that RGB might be facing some regulatory takings-related litigation soon, wouldn't be shocked if Stringer and Donovan don't want to touch it bc of that
