I'm not sympathetic to small landlords. Being one means you have serious equity. Renters don't.
I guess my point too is like yeah there’s a struggle for small landlords, but they have options

My take would be- there aren’t a ton of small landlords, they aren’t the biggest enemy, and lots of working class ppl would love to also be small landlords. So while I agree small landlords are pretty well enough, I’d love to polarize specifically against big landlords
