Last year we were going HARD on rent and an ~albany insider~ told us we were asking for WAY too much and it wasn't strategic. Said we didn't need to win it all in 2019 cause Dems were in power now, EVERY YEAR would be a great, and we should pace ourselves. That advice aged well.
