in the 1990s cuomo worked very hard to do two things: 1) make homelessness a personal responsibility problem (dinkins admin and also HELP USA) 2) demolish public housing and privatize it across the US (clinton admin, hud sec)

anyway, here we are. people are dying in the streets. hospitals are now luxury housing. our public housing is hanging by a thread. anyway when people tell you who they are by not housing the homeless and stuff ... believe them
