It is in fact so sad and cowardly that I know it’s not the true reason. It is a deflection. The price gouging and eviction crisis is not the tenants’ movement fault.

Reflecting on how easy it is for those who hold political power to deflect their failure to deliver onto us: if we were just nicer or more strategic they could deliver our demands.

there are not elected leaders who are willing to let millions of families face the permanent pain of eviction because they dont like hj4a very much, or because we didn’t say or do the right things We simply are not that important, lol
