Hi! I think we can and should raise expectations that we all live in green, beautiful, public housing - but that doesn’t mean necessarily the section 9 housing act of 1937 (as someone who has been fighting hard to mobilize for more fed sec 9 money)

That is - if we set aside the debate over existing public housing for a moment - I don’t think it’s “managing expectations” to say that public housing expansion probably won’t happen through sec 9.
