voting, my actual rankings 1 - paperboy (why not) 2 - stringer* 3 - maya* 4 - donovan 5 - garcia *i'd flip these two bc im into the left alignment going on, but stringer actually put time/effort into a thoughtful housing plan and maya did not and that's hard for me!

I don't really want to use my whole ballot on candidates who are not contenders.

This is a very good point and I will def consider it, thank you. Re the second tweet (just responding here) I’m not into “she’s viable if you vote for her” as an approach to evaluating candidates bc it blames the electorate rather than the organizing capacity of the candidate

But the point abt Scott’s viability at this point is astute and well taken!

I don’t want to vote for candidates who didn’t make the debates: I think they’re untested in front of the NY electorate and that is important.

But these are all good points y’all are making and I should rank Maya higher. Releasing a housing plan so late in the game isn’t a good way to get my support and I feel like she’s not taking my top issue seriously.
