Why does it take less half and half to change iced coffee's color, when I'd have to add more half and half to make it the same color if it were hot? Why can I drink five glasses of iced coffee and feel the same as if I drank two mugs of hot coffee? I need to know.

My best guess re: the color would likely have something to do with the effect of heat on the fats in the cream.
The 5 glasses thing iced coffee is bc the ice cubes dilute it!!!!!! There is more water in iced coffee. That’s why ppl are into cold brew - it’s more concentrated
