      But, according to NYC-based tenant activists, he is not supportive of meaningful tenant rights. The reforms they secured in 2019 were accomplished through the state legislature & without his support .

      Lol! I know. I am an nyc based tenant advocate who has long fought w the bdb admin and worked to support the 2019 campaign... This was (sorta) a joke. But I do prefer BdB to Biden!
