if “anyone can do it” yet we aren’t all doing it, then how is our organizing effective? what is our leverage if we are divided and fighting for different things? we know that public housing has been defunded and set up for fail—that’s not disputed

Still don’t fully understand what you getting at here but (speaking for myself) I believe the best thing we can to do fight for more PH is expand the number of ppl who live in regulated, publicly funded hsg and so build a bigger movement that way….1/2
so TOPA, GCE do that in my mind. The trust as enabling legislation is essentially a side step in my mind, but one could consider it a big step forward if successfully reduces the number of ppl who are facing RAD/PACT. We don’t know if it will do that yet!
