      Yes love to see this but i’m confused why we aren’t also prioritizing GND4PH. I was surprised to see the amendment claiming that’s decades off when the money should be coming now. Schumer out in RH houses press saying fund NYCHA, performative yes but let’s pressure to get money.

      that was just a power analysis but none of that is actually in the amendment. as i told OG authors, totally happy to delete it & agree its poor phrasing. what we meant is: 1/2
