Just thinking about how when the supreme court killed the NY eviction moratorium ostensibly because of the self certification they left the foreclosure moratorium with identical language intact

One was passed by CDC vs. state congress.. you don’t have to be a genius to figure that difference. Cdc do not have the authority to impose moratorium and if congress does they meed to provide proper compensation
Wrong. The NY moratorium also covered foreclosure and that part still stands.

Did you read the court filings? I assume no, because Gibson Dunn Only challenged part A for due process and 1st amendment violation. Why would court rule for other parts which are not being challenged? Also, Alabama realtor challenged the authority of cdc. Pls gets the facts
