New York’s rent laws protect tenants from excessive rent hikes and stabilize whole communities. Rather than back away, policy makers should expand them.

Good morning. While I agree with this , there also needs to be protections for small owners from predatory tenants or here will be less and less of us. U guys won’t like the alternative. Thank u
